Meet Bailey! A spunky Maltese/chihuahua/poodle. Basically, she's a big fuzz ball of love and it's possible that I used a few photos of Phyllis Diller for inspiration. It's been a pleasure to meet her and capture her personality in this portrait.

Meet Fester, a great, big loving and happy cat who enjoyed the comforts of home, slept on his back more times than not, and ruled his house of twelve cats. One day when he rolled on his back, his human told him what a fat boy he was, and the name stuck. Fat Boy's portrait hangs in the lobby of Laurelhurst Vet Hospital in Portland, Oregon and was one of my first five commissioned pet portraits. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to paint this smiling, belly laughing, king of the cool cats. February 02, 2013
