Happy Love Your Pet Day!! I love dogs (and all animals!) so much. I've been surrounded by them my entire life. Here I am when I was a few feet tall with the first dogs I grew to love. Lisa and Lottie were my Grandma and Grandpa's and made the big move with them from Chicago to California. My Grandma was never all that interested in having pets but her kids managed to find the ones that needed love and my Grandma would ultimately cave and give them the best life possible. Lisa and Lottie were my Grandma's protectors and guardian of her slippers. I can still remember my Grandma carrying Lisa's aging body up the hill in her San Francisco backyard so that Lisa could do her business with dignity. #TheThingsWeDoForOurPets. My first job was given to me by my Grandma — Five cents for every picked up piece of dog poop. #WhatADeal
